Terms of Use

This is a translation; if there is any difference, the Spanish version prevails. Pupito (pupito.site) is a free games site: puzzles, online multiplayer games and a pretend casino. By using it you accept these rules. They’re few and simple.
Who can play
Anyone. If you’re under 13 you need permission from your mother, your father or your guardian to create an account and use the chat.
Your account
An account is optional. If you create one, take care of your password: don’t share it and don’t use the same one as on other sites. Since we don’t ask for your email, if you forget it we may not be able to give you access back.
Your username is public: don’t pick an offensive one or pretend to be someone else. We can change or close accounts that don’t follow these rules.
How to behave
Treat others well. In the chat and in names, insults, harassment, threats, discrimination, spam, sexual or violent content, and sharing personal information (yours or anyone else’s) are not allowed.
Don’t cheat: no bots or programs that play for you, exploiting bugs in the site, multiple accounts to get Pupicoins or invitation rewards, or trying to overload or attack the server.
If someone breaks these rules we can delete their messages, correct their balance, take away rewards, suspend their account for a few days or forever, or close it. You can report anyone who breaks them from their card in the room’s chat.
Pupicoins and the Shop
Pupicoins are an in-game virtual currency. You earn them by playing and use them to buy avatars, frames and other cosmetics in the Pupito Shop.
They have no real-money value: they can’t be bought with money, they can’t be exchanged for money, prizes or anything outside Pupito, and they can’t be sold. What you buy in the Shop is virtual and only exists inside Pupito.
We can adjust balances, prices or items (for example, if there was a bug or cheating). Since nothing is paid for with money, there are no refunds.
Casino
Pupito’s casino games (blackjack, roulette, slots and the rest) are just for fun and are played with virtual Pupicoins. No real money is bet, you can’t win real money or real prizes, and there’s no way to buy chips.
Winning here doesn’t mean you’ll win at a real casino. If gambling with money is causing you problems, ask for help.
The service
Pupito is free and provided as is, without warranties. We can add, change or remove games and features, and the site may be down at times (for example, when we publish a new version; an online game in progress may then be lost).
We do our best to make everything work well, but we’re not liable for any damage caused by using the site or by not being able to use it, except where the law doesn’t allow this to be excluded.
Content
Pupito’s games, drawings and texts belong to Pupito or to their authors, who are credited where appropriate (for example, the flags from flag-icons and the geolocation from DB-IP). Don’t copy them to use elsewhere without permission.
What you write (your name, your messages) is your responsibility.
Closing your account
You can ask us to delete your account whenever you want by writing to contacto@pupito.site. What we do with your data is in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may change these terms; the date at the top says when they were last changed. If the change is important, we’ll announce it on the site. For any questions, write to us at contacto@pupito.site.
